What is Counselling?
Counselling offers a unique opportunity to understand your thoughts, feelings, and actions, and to consider avenues for positive change. It provides a secure environment where you are listened to and respected. Life’s challenges, whether current stresses or past traumas, can lead to feelings of anxiety or depression. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a form of talking therapy, recognises the powerful link between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. During difficult times, your thinking can become unhelpful, intensifying distress and influencing your actions. CBT aims to help you identify and modify these thought patterns and behaviours, leading to meaningful improvements in your life. I offer my services from Bridge Street in Kenilworth (situated opposite St. Nicholas Church Car Park).
“Therapy is not just about finding answers; it’s about unlocking the courage to embrace change and the wisdom to understand our own story.”
